I don't think that's true. Unless I'm reading their balance
sheet wrong, this stock price is actually less then the
asset value of the company. They seem to have used this
quarter to write off a lot of things. But if you don't take that into
account, they're actually doing quite well.

I bought a thousand shares to day at 4.00. Hope it's a winner.
