And also one thing about the students--from what i have seen over the past year they are also highly nationalistic (like students in china) so the joining of the nuclear club for them might be a positive although it has a different meaning than for the mullahs. But it just might put them all on the same side of the mullahs in not allowing the compromise here that the russians are offering. mike
