rrm - I did just that. JoAnne is on vacation this week, but the clerk said the OS is 325,218,521 as of today. No idea what the AS is, though. She had no information about the 400 million authorized by the Wyoming corporate filing, but..... well, I think she indicated that IF - repeat IF - there were a private placement, we would be informed by a corporate filing. At least that was my take on what she said.... she had an accent.
