Hey, wouldn't you rather the A/S be 400 mil so that we have a little breathing room....I just don't like the A/S slap up against the O/S because if they do sell all the restricted shares (not that I think they are...i'm still long here) then they might be more apt to r/s...thoughts? GB+ND c
