No doubt there is much truth in that article. There will always be those non-nuke states who seek to go nuclear. But denuking the rest of the world mignt not be sufficient for rogue states to continue to clandestinely seek nukes, thus its not realistic to expect in todays environement for states like the US and Israel who are at war with terrorists to give them up. But the long term goal of all nations of good will should be a world without nuclear weapons. To get to that world it just might be incumbant on existing nuclear states to prevent the acquisition of nukes by terror regimes and terrorists groups.
