The NYSE average is near its high of the day--up .8%. Other stock averages are hanging around even. From watching a list of stocks this morning, it seems to me that gains from last year are being taken today in a number of them. It will be interesting to see how the market reacts to any positive news it perceives in the Fed minutes.
