Yeah, I know. The aren't supposed to be able to remove the restrictions from the 144's unless they are fully reporting, or have left the company for over 90 days. BUT, with an opinion letter from a lawyer it can be done...I think this is why it's good to take note of the legal services any scam uses. Anyway, we both know that we are in the dark here when it comes to the restricted shares since they don't report and the TA won't tell us(not a position I'm too found of being in...but I'm not going to sell and let them really rip my heart out). I'd just take his word for it and not worry, but his last PR (and self-imposed "quiet period") haven't exactly endeared me to him. GB+ND c
