And Houston. 20 years ago, almost nobody but street people lived downtown. That is changing.


I read somewhere that Houston was seeing significant changes in its downtown but I didn't know that included an increase in residential living. I was surprised there wasn't more activity in Dallas but then Turtle Creek is so close to downtown, it might be siphoning off efforts to construct residential downtown.
