re: They are raising hell down there. Its too bad. I think the S. American countries are finally emerging out of more than a century of turmoil. Its too bad we can't develop closer relations with them.......form better trade agreements. Unfortunately, its China and India who are doing that.

Yep, there is a re-alignment going on... first since WWII (I guess you might count the fall of the USSR). Who is left on our side; Israel, UK, South Korea, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Poland? Hell of an alliance.
