I watched the 200,700 share cross of Upton go through today at $7.00 when the posted bid was 7.50. I don't understand the recent decline also. Bought some recently at 7.85 thinking we'd seen the low. The company has told me nothing that would give me cause for concern. Yet, it seems some of the larger shareholders are pushing the price lower. Given the number of larger trades recently. Kerm have you or anyone else heard anything new???
