I dont agree, for one thing you cant judge a child by his parents. If we allow the children to continue to live in the lousy environment many are subjected to then yes, they will turn out to be no different then their older kin. I say, we could eliminate poverty and a low social cast in a generation or two IF we had the BALLS to ENFORCE education and living standards. Far as I am concerned anyone born in USA should be fed, clothed and given health care, thats IT, to get anything else they must be made to EARN IT, and the first job would be to learn a skill, adopt good living habits. jdn
