Leonard Blum has filed for a purchase of 1000 shares @ 27,97. He buys small amounts like this a couple of times per year, it seems.

After this transaction he directly owns 73.400 shares. So, these new shares will not make any difference one way or another. His options are not or only marginally in the money. Confusing.
