Frank, I also received 2 checks today. Both of them totalled about 95% of my losses, if I recall my total losses after selling my remaining shares. I will check into my actual losses to see if I really got 100% or if there was some other reason for the final settlement amount. I was pleased for what I did get though, and that it was much more than a few pennies per share. There should be some happy folks this week after waiting 9 years for this to come to a conclusion. Hope Scott got something, too.
