Cordex name, files, misc., etc. were purchased for cash from Glamis by Livermore and Wallace three years ago. Did not mean to cause you trouble and lengthy searches. If you check with the NV Sec. State office you will find Cordilleran Exploration Co., LLC, is a registered LLC. Cordex Exploration Co. is a registered dba of Cordilleran in most counties in Nevada. There is also an inactive corporation named Cordex Exploration Co., Inc., which is also owned by Livermore and Wallace.
