"To all who read this board. I just received two checks in the mail today. They are from, SOE Distribution Administrator and, Briscoe, Et Al. V. Huttoe, Et Al class action Administrator. I have recovered about 70% of my loss. I am now going to put this to rest. It was a bad trip. That punk Melcher is off the hook -------- Maybe, For now. "HAPPY NEW YEAR" to all. Frank" Frank, I find it interesting that my name (Briscoe), is on everyone's check, as I was named as a lead plaintiff in the suit, due to the amount of money lost, I guess, or just because I accepted the role. I never had to testify except in written form.
