bcrafty, Thanks for the reply and follow-up info. Your trading sounds similar to mine, except I have been doing some daytrading the last few months and I find myself also too busy to pay proper attention and make it very profitable. I'm thinking I would just like to get stocks I like and know with good charts, and maybe sell covered calls when they have hit some resistance areas or after strong moves. In some cases, I also will buy calls a few months out instead of the stock and still do covered calls against those as I am able. Best of luck in the New Year! Jeff
