I agree the above is a interesting problem. Bob has been posting important bullish info here for many months, but only a few of us are paying attention.

My guess is, after five years of living hell, the share price collapse, reverse split, etc., the only thing that will generate serious favorable exposure is a rising share price.

I predict we will see more activity here if we can get above $12, and people will be raving about ICGE if we get above $20. Just MHO.
