Would be a shame to ruin a structure said to be among the most beautifully architectural achievements in the history of mankind, not to mention its historical and religious significance. In that at least two religions claim that rock of significant importance to their religious history, too bad they can put a wall of peace around it. jdn

That's the problem with Jerusalem......you have three religions vying for control. Originally, back under the UN Mandate, Jerusalem was to be an international city and not claimed by any religion. However, the Israelis changed the boundaries of the Mandate and annexed Jerusalem.........and then annexed East Jerusalem from the West Bank. Now the Muslims and the Israels squabble over it like children.
