Terry,
in smallcap E&P and Uranium exploration there are always unknowns .. the key at DJE.V is that their businee plan calls for a balanced portfolio.. they are well financed for now. If they hit gas, it shouldn't be a problem to get a trajectory into motion.

Apart from this, your statement "the company had 2 rollbacks" is beyond point. You have to bear in mind that this company wasn't Dejour Enterprises at that time. Dejour acquired an exchange listing via reverse merger of a shell in 2004.. Fact is that this particular shell-entity was reverse split before the Dejour assets were brought in. That's the way an IPO via reverse merger works.. so you shouldn't be surprised that a rollback preceded Dejour's appearance on the market.

You should rather point to the placements since Dejour exists in its current form. Yes, there were some placements but the key is to get them at rising share prices which is exactly what Dejour was able to achieve. Well, this is the curse of exploration firms. Just ask any gold mine how they will make it until hitting cashflow.. Even ask some smallcap oil and gas firms how they are going to survive without recurring cashflow...

The only thing I'm willing to advise is that if you are uncomfortable with it then sell..
