400 on a 4 week moving average is my magic number.

Wizard of Oz drains off $13.5 billion of the monster $60 billion TOMO this morning. Lines up $24.75 billion for Thursday, and $7.75 more Friday. What the market didn't notice on the automatic buy of FOMC words, was that the Treasury Bill auction went poorly, with the FCB returning $1.5 billion. Even this morning short rates are creeping up.
