If you are going to quote something at least you should quote exactly what Michael said! Again, I merely suggest that you look at last year's portfolios and there was a stock shorted. If it was good enough last year then why change the rules?

Again...doesn't make one whit of difference to me because it is the fact that a charity will receive funds is the goal.

++ Just for the record! The stock shorted in last year's contest was CYBX and the stock gained about 65%, making it in reality nearly the worst performing stock since it was shorted by the person who had it in his portfolio.
