Normally I don't get involved in pissing matches between posters. But since you're new here, you should know that marginmike has been a long time, well-respected poster on SI. He has an excellent track record, as far as I'm concerned. He loaded up on tech in '98 and '99 and sold and then shorted in early 2000. I know this 'cause I've posted on the same boards. I don't doubt that he's who he says he is.
