Another junk mortgage purveyor taking a charge "to reposition" the portfolio. How does that work, when you have almost exclusively three and five year hybrids with teaser and slow moving reset rates, and your COF is tied to the 3 month Libor (4.54%). Do you try and swap into 2 year subprimes about ready to reset? Is that how these guys "enhance" their yield? Frying pan into the fire in either case.
