This is the bottom.......16 dollars.
As the news has been properly digested over night, and the implications properly considered, we are in for the rise back towards 20. Don't want to restate NeuroInvestment's excellent post, but a lot of negativity from Redux has already been factored into the stock and the remaining bad news occured today.......the inevitable lawsuits will name IPIC and anyone else the lawyers can think of, but it's a nuisance that IPIC has already been paid for in insurance premiums, which will be used to pay for any legal defense required.....in the end, IPIC will not be liable for any damages......at best a settlement, and again the insurance will pick this up.
The more complete story on the citocoline trials should be out in a month, with NDA application to follow......trial data on bucindolol will also come soon.
The loss of Redux revenues is chickenfeed compared to the revenues from the emerging pipeline,.......... this is where the continued value escalation of IPIC will come, and why the continuing Redux problem has not been more signficant........and no "Redux" lawsuit will take this away.
As we wash away our monikor as the "diet pill company", we are going to kick some serious butt!
