any comments?

I asked Rodney Marvel at Big Apple why it needs approval. About two weeks ago. He said that at one time, Promold was publicly traded (can't remember if he said OTCBB), thus SEC must be informed. I've not established to what extent this is mere notification or whether it's a tough hoop to jump through.
