first, look at burst, a small company not even in league w/
calypso by any streach of the imagination, cant get the web

burst however is good a at writing patents and at writing
useful software, i'd call the company a one trick pony if
i knew more about it, they didnt have pizzi so they didnt
get a revenue stream from microsoft.
clyw has a take no prisors approach, they are a growing co
with a grand vision they will not let anyone walk away w/
posession of ASNAP unless they fully sell the whole company
and we are talking many billions imho for that

this is infringment imho, the ASNAP patent itemizes "zones"
of distance over which switching would automaticaly occur

question whether UMA in general does not infringe on ASNAP
as well, they have used some fancy flow charting to make it
look different from ASNAP but i think this is just a disguise,
smoke and mirrors via a fancy visio flow clart to hide the
true isomorphism

the key thing however will be the billing, business want to
save money and dont like suprises, uma is inferrior in cost
savings as compared to ASNAP

down version of ASNAP in hopes of ripping off customers and

I may be wrong but ive got a feeling that CLYW will be
signing on a star CEO sometime in the next year as soon
as some signif. deliveries are made. the company needs to do
that to get CLYW on the analysts radar which in turn will
get the stock off to the races
