Glad to see they elected to dispose of their silly yacht thing (see below). Maybe it'll make them a bit more credible. From 01-04-06 release: "On December 31, 2005 the Board of Directors of the Registrant by majority consent elected to dispose of its wholly owned subsidiary, International Yacht Sales Group, Ltd. (IYSG) of United Kingdom. The action results primarily from decrease of sales or no sales for IYSG’s activities in 2004 and 2005. The expected completion date for a formal disposal plan is initially set to be accomplished within a four to six month period, and may be extended if required additional time is necessary."
