KL, there are a certain good wil capital the US has and is slowly spending it. MQ believe in this good will capital and keep faith in the USD. If the US spends this good will capital the MQ's of this world will stop believing in it. Then if it happens MQ will become a TJ. Some care that a country has to take when it is on its way ro return to its natural size. Look at it this way: The fact the Elmat is fit and 53 years old doesn't mean he can smoke, drink do not exercise like he did in his 30's. Suppose a guy weights 80Kg and by comparing himself with a 130Kg one he looks fit.
