Simon, when are we going to have lunch, my treat! I knew you would claim you shorted the stock after the fact. Maybe you did maybe you didn't, who cares, right? As long as you are making money. Good for you, I have also shorted stocks in the past and bought puts and have made and lost money. Just so we can have some entertainment and have people learn from your expertise, claim before you actually take a position don't say you shorted after the fact, it'll increase your credibilty. As for hoping to buy at $3.50, hope you right for your sake, I am betting against you, lets see who is stronger my vision or yours.
