The Specialist gave the answers on the SVGI thread: Heraeus and ShinEtsu Quartz.

Even the CYMI laser is not interchangeable among different OEMs. If I remember the stats given on the conference call, there's about a 15% difference in the lasers supplied to Nikon vs ASMLF as an example. Essentially,the lasers are customized to meet each customer's specific requirements. ... thus the difficulty in redirecting extra capacity discovered close to quarter's end.

Cary, CYMI will have ramped up to an annual production capacity of 1000 units by 4Q98. Would you care to plug your numbers into a valuation formula?
