I just sold my IPT: Impact Silver 6.25-million-share private placement 2006-01-04 16:12 ET - Private Placement The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced Nov. 24, 2005. Number of shares: 6.25 million shares Purchase price: 40 cents per share Warrants: 3,125,000 share purchase warrants to purchase 3,125,000 shares Warrant exercise price: 50 cents for an 18-month period Number of placees: 91 new.stockwatch.com forty cents!?! Christ! and a full warrant to go with it too. Man now that is a PP to get into but not for us retail holders......JMO.... I think this really sucks....BWDIK? Wayne
