Hi Lalit, the thing that intrigues me is why you will not address the specifics of the facts that show Merrick Walsh and David Walsh have misled the public. That's what's curious. What is your comment on the actual statements made by these individuals? I can understand people believing what they want to believe, what's odd in your case is you take a position but do not support it when specific examples that contradict it are raised. Is it acceptable to you that David Walsh failed to inform the public when Jim Bob Moffett told him there was no gold at Busang? Is it admirable that he told the public it was "smart money" (and inferred it was Bob Hasan) buying up the stock after the fraud began to crumble? Was it advisable for him to prime more small investors by releasing false assay results at the bitter end -- rather than waiting a few days for the Strathcona findings? Was it ok for him not to publicly disclose the lapse of the preliminary work license -- and at the same time join with other insiders in dumping millions of dolllars in shares? And that's just for starters. And while you're answering how these actions are the sign of good management, perhaps you can go back a few posts and explain what is in the posts of David's brother Merrick that makes you believe that it's not disinformation.

While you pretend to prefer the high road, your posts of a week or two back were anything but reasonable and you were on the attack, not responding from a defensive posture. So, just be straight and that's ok. A difference of opinion is what life's about, intellectual dishonesty is another matter entirely.
