I agree that the PR looks very suspect.

That said, let me add one more thing, at the risk of drawing a bunch of flames: If it *does* tank tomorrow (hard guessing whether or not it will -- if *nobody* panics, it'll be fine. If *anybody* panics, look out below!) those who've ordered their certs and haven't received them will get their heads handed to them.

Probably just a difference in investing style, but my preference is to keep the stocks where they can be easily bought and sold. If I anticipate a bloodbath, even if I am in for the long haul on the company, I try to sell my shares in advance of it, or as early in it as possible, and pick them all back up (and them some) the minute the bleeding stops.

Those whose shares are "in transit" do not have this luxury.
