I noticed the news tonight..... biz.yahoo.com you must be correct in that there may be concern over the litigation... "The Company also noted that on Friday it served two motions for summary judgment in the patent infringement lawsuit brought by Trophy Radiology, Inc. relating to the Company's CDR(TM) CCD-based intra-oral sensor. The Company's motions seek a judicial determination by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York that Trophy's patent is invalid and that the Company does not infringe the patent. " As far as the lockout, I believe there is a 6-month lockout of insider sales. DD
