Management: Suneel Sawant, Chairman/CEO
Mr. Sawant began his career at AT&T and has also worked with Lucent, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette, and Chanel as independent consultant. Mr. Sawant has been a technology professional for 7 years and founded SWII in 1997 and has been managing the business successfully since then. Mr. Sawant has a BS in Electronics Engineering from India and MS in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology.
Shiva Vohra, President
Shiva has been an adviser and investor in public and private technology companies over the past several years. Shiva served as Senior Managing Director of Silverline Holdings and Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance of Silverline Technologies, an information technology company. Prior to that, he worked for the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System of the US overseeing capital markets and investment management activities. Shiva was previously Managing Director and Board Member of an investment management subsidiary of Credit Agricole Indosuez; Senior Portfolio Manager of ABN AMRO Securities Inc.; chief executive officer of the International Financial Management unit of ABN AMRO Bank; and held other executive positions with Chemical Bank and W.R. Grace & Co. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Sudhakar Reddy, Director and Head, eCRM Labs Division
Mr. Reddy has over twelve years of experience in information services, business consulting and systems integration. Mr. Reddy was the founder of eCRM Labs Inc.which was acquired by SWII in 2005. Given his experience in entrepreneurial ventures, Reddy brings significant depth in building fast-growing IT businesses, from selling and managing complex IT solutions to mergers and acquisitions, profit and loss management, and infrastructure development.
Shibu Kizhakevilayil, Director and Head, eZe Systems Division
Over the past twelve years, Mr. Shibu has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to identify cutting-edge innovative technologies and then to translate them to a business proposition. He has been involved with software development projects with various US State agencies and is also pursuing new opportunities in the BPO space. Mr. Shibu founded eZe Systems, Inc. which was acquired by SWII in 2005 . He has a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from ICFAI Business School.
