cj, do any of the ASIC/FPGA manfacturers have a standard cell ARM processor that designers can integrate into a custom design? How about a standard cell x86 processor? Could AMD make any money by licensing a Geode design to one of them? Or would it be too slow, or be an unreasonably large number of gates?
