shoreco, although there might seem to be a correlation in the past few months between "coupons = rallies" there are many other periods, like the one I cited, where the opposite seems to result.

My bottom line is that there is not an overall reliable enough correlation to use fed repos as a useful indicator, and like many other pieces of FA based data they can't imply a cause/effect relationship based thereon.
