OT regli, Thanks for your impressions of Crete. We had a wonderful time. Elounda... Plaka... Ag. Nik... Sitia... Vasaliki... Lato... Kritsa... Lassithi Plateau... Karphi... Knossos and Heraklion and many towns in between. Stuck to the Taverna's. Crete and Greece are fascinating places. Crete was never conquered very easily... Turks, Venetians, or the Germans... What the armies couldn't do... money has conquered quickly... The old town of Heraklion is a giant concrete toadstool. My Best, Chip
