They are wire tapping the communication of "suspected" terrorists who are communicating with "American" citizens. The question is not whether it's OK to eaves drop on terrorists. Of course it is. It's about trusting the government. Perhaps you're willing to trust them to act on your behalf without judicial oversight. I'm not. They have way too much power. And power will be abused. What is wrong with wanting them to use the FISA court to get warrants? Warrants that are only required when an American citizen is being listened to. They can do so quickly and on a retroactive basis.
