That means China will start to sell what it has since China has already pretty much stopped buying more US debt from late 2004. The net purchase of the US debt by China in 2005 was <$50 billion (I could not remember the exact number)

And they should have done this a long time ago, but better late than never. US$ will become worthless paper in a several decades<g>

And after China diversifies away from the US$, then it can appreciate RMB by bigger margin. So eventually the US will get what it asks for<g>

BTW, I shorted some KONG, I think it hits resistance now
