Why do you trust the FISA court so much? Do you know the judges? Are they accountable if they get it wrong and we lose a city? If we did lose a city based on FISA turning down a request, would you be proud of the "civil rights" you protected of the dead citizens?

We know the President, and elected him to protect us. If he does it wrong, we can vote him out. Your side has staked out a position that will hurt the chances of regaining Presidential power because Americans in general trust the CinC to protect us more than they worry about whether an innocent phone call is reviewed that was made to or from a suspected terrorist.

I like the position your side has taken because it helps republicans and our country. But it would have been better if the traitors who leaked the story would have kept their oaths to protect the secrets of the United States of America.
