Yes if you want to listen to the conversation of an american citizen you need a warrant. Yes I'm willing to live with the consequences of that position. You always call it a harmless phone call. Oh it's just a little invasion of privacy, no big deal. Don't you see how this could be misused? You keep accusing my of having a side and an agenda of wanting to hurt teh president. I am only concerned with acting in a manner that is without reproach. In a way that will protect all people today and into the future. You are willing to scramble down a slippery slope and give away your rights for a bit of percieved security. You are willing to blindly trust the govt. I find this attitude astounding from a person who doesn't trust the govt to do anything.
