Gary Wilcox exercised 31,252 options @ 7.25, sold 8,020 to the market @ 28.25 (to pay the taxes, I guess) and transferred the remaning 23,232 shares into a trust bearing his and his wifes name. After these transactions he holds 75.000 shares and the trust 180,822 shares.

All in all a positive indication, I guess.
