How might drug use be used legitimately by the defense For example: There is a case getting lots of TV distraction about a missing man from a cruise ship. The story features pictures of his wife in a bikini so it gets lots of air time. The wife has been asked why she didn't report her husband missing and her reply was that she was drunk to the point of passing out and wasn't very aware. TP
