Quitting smoking is one the the hardest things I've ever done in my life. I quit cold-turkey on my wedding day, which really made my wife happy....NOT. I was a serious ASS on my honeymoon, suffering through the withdraws.

11 years now and no smokes (except the cigar once in a great while)...and don't let anyone kid you. I *still* have cravings.

Nice job Gloop...keep it going...one hour at a time (the person that coined "one day at-a-time" was never a smoker).
