Leon Panetta claimed yesterday CLinton never spied illegally and always followed the rules and laws. Panetta should know and has credibility, unlike these rightwing smear sites which are putting out the false garbage about Clinton doing the same as Bush did, and is still doing.

Make my mistake, spying on American citizens without warrants, especially when no imminent terrorist threat is involved, is the height of abuse of power. On its own it can cripple a democracy. And you know damn well Bushies used this illegal spying to eavesdrop on domestic political opponents.
