Expecting kids to hang out and just say 'no'

I don't. I just expect most of the pot problems to go away if it isn't a crime anymore. Nearly all the problems stem from them hanging out with the criminals who supply it, or from bad arrest records, or from attitude that once you condone one illegal activity then you might as well try others.

I don't expect them to all just say no, I expect them to use it at about the same rate they do now. The difference is it won't be a big deal and problem. Most will give it up if it gets in the way of what they really want to do. If it doesn't get in the way it isn't really a problem anyway.
