EagleEye Control Software Selects Integralis Ltd. as a Distributor in the U.K.

news), today announced that it has further expanded its international presence through the appointment of Integralis Ltd. to distribute MultiPlatform
CONTROL-SA, EagleEye's enterprise-wide user and resource security management solution in the U.K. Based on the agreement, Integralis will resell, support
and deploy MultiPlatform CONTROL-SA to deliver a comprehensive security solution for corporations deploying enterprise-wide security systems. EagleEye
Control Software and Integralis will also participate in cooperative marketing and sales activities, including lead generation and seminars.

MultiPlatforms CONTROL-SA
EagleEye Control Software's MultiPlatform CONTROL-SA is targeted for security administrators in companies with a large user based. The product is comprised
of two components, the Enterprise SecurityStation(TM) and platform- specific versions of the SA-Agent. These elements work together to centralize, automate
and consolidate the enterprise-wide security management process, allowing security administrators to manage enterprise security centrally.
The Enterprise SecurityStation provides a Graphical User Interface and a central, generic security repository to manage security definitions. It manages the security
of each platform by forwarding commands to the SA-Agent running on a variety of platforms. The SA-Agent, in turn, delivers the Enterprise SecurityStation
commands to the resident security system on the relevant Platform. The translation from a generic command format to a specific platform format is based on the
Universal Security Administration Application Programming Interface(TM) (USA-API) which is a published API. SA- Agents are available on a variety of
platforms and applications, including MVS, Novell, Windows NT, Sun/Solaris, IBM/AIX, HP/UX Oracle, Sybase, Lotus Notes and Proxima/SSO.
