That's absolutely fine. Welcome to the libertarian POV - you pays your money and you takes your choices, and if you can't pay the piper then don't try a jolt on his pipe...

Seriously, I see absolutely no reason to fault this. OK, OK, if someone is forcibly dosed with intoxicants and then made to drive, they're not culpable, but notwithstanding Cary Grant in "North by Northwest" [my 3rd favourite film] I figure this is rare enough not to be the standard legislative measure.
