Actually I think the B warrants are primarily going to the preferred owners and has a slightly lower strike price. If anyone has the details on the preferred exchange parameters (x shares of MIR and y warrants @ strike price = z) I'd be interested. MRNWV did start trading today and closed @ 10.30 so Oeconomicus' estimate looks pretty close.
